To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.  What this means for you: when you open or are added to an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, tax ID # and an idenifying document  (driver's license) that will allow us to identify you.

If you are a member of East Hartford Federal Credit Union and wish to use our Online Banking service, please call 860-291-0345 and request an "Online Banking Authorization" form.  Once you are setup, you will be able to access your account by going to our website (www.easthartfordfcu.org) and clicking on "Online Banking".  Now you will be able to see your balance, view account history, transfer funds, request a check withdrawal and apply for loans online.  We hope this service will prove to be a valuable tool in managing your account with East Hartford Federal Credit Union.
